Immunization Rates

All childcare facilities, preschools and Head Start programs are required by the State of Oregon to publish their immunization numbers. Below is a graph representing our most current data, as well as the data for Multnomah County. We follow all State of Oregon laws regarding immunization requirements and reporting.
